Near fast food chains, restaurants a mall. Facilities are okay. Aircon works perfectly well. Staff are easy to approach and accommodating.

The staff was very nice to us. For instance, they kept our bags when we went hiking Mt Apo. It is clean. Location is great, very close to the fruit market and some restaurant.
